Mojy Haddad, is the President and founder of CHS Architects, Inc since it was founded in 1984. He is a registered Architect in Texas, Hawaii, Florida, California, New York and many other states. In addition to his local and national design experience, Mr. Haddad has designed projects in Japan, Australia, Europe, Mexico and Canada.
He graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Master’s Degree in Architecture and Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning. Mr. Haddad has lived in Arlington since 1974 and is very active in the community and civic functions.
As the principal of a medium size firm, he has managed projects ranging from mid rise office buildings to shopping centers, financial institutions, mixed use developments and hospitality projects to schools, religious, and municipal buildings. Mr. Haddad started his professional career with Trammel Crow’s Design and Development Division in 1976.
In addition to his memberships in professional associations such as AIA (American Institute of Architects), Board Certification from National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB) and ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), Mr. Haddad’s partial list of current civic involvements, Board appointments and accomplishments include:
